I’m Shelia Evans-Simmons, and my path to consulting began in the trenches — navigating budgets, processes, people, and the daily realities of keeping mission-driven organizations running with strength and integrity. Over the past 41 years, I’ve seen incredible leaders doing transformative work, yet too often held back by operational overwhelm or outdated systems.

I knew there had to be a better way.

Today, I combine 41 years of hands-on leadership experience with advanced training in business automation, AI integration, operational strategy, and zero-based budgeting. I help nonprofits, churches, and mission-driven organizations build sustainable, scalable systems that support real growth.

My gift is turning complex challenges into simple, practical solutions that actually work.

I specialize in financial management, process optimization, organizational structure, and building mission-focused teams — but my greatest passion is helping leaders serve their communities with confidence, clarity, and integrity.

When I’m not partnering with clients, I’m deeply involved in my local faith community, prioritizing wellness, and continuing to learn about the evolving intersections of business, leadership, and technology.
